engraving effect in Photoshop part1

Hello
I will introduce my first photoshop-illustrator tutorial in English
let’s begin:

so much filters and actions (free or paid)  make such an effect, but personally I believe that  professional designer must rely on himself and learn all new (even if simulation idea, simulating is  legitimate in order to learn but do not forget the teacher, and move from simulation to innovation(
I also believe that lazy designer will search for filters and actions without caring about how they work

first you will need illustrator and Photoshop, (if you don’t  know illustrator you can pass the first part of the tutorial and download files attached, although I will always advise learning this program)

- In illustrator open A4 file, and draw a path  such curled bow, and determine the stroke (0.5 point)

-  copy the path on the opposite side

- Now, after click on blend tool we will click once on the first path and immediately make another click on the second path then go to modify the blend tool options (by clicking twice on it) identify the values as it exists in the picture:

save the file as (0,5)

- On the same file adjust the stroke of the two paths to (0.75 point)  and then save as (0.75)

do the same thing in (2) and (3) stroke point

We now have 4 files 'saved as'

the end of the part 1
